2. Send us your modem 15 digit IMEI to sales@kingmobilephone.com
3. Then within 1-24hrs, we will send you the unlock code
4. You put in a sim card from another network and plug the dongle to computer
5. It will then ask for an unlock code
6. Input the unlock code we gave you.
7. Modem UNLOCKED
Notes: You only got 10 chances to input the unlock code, so if you have input wrong code before. Please contact us before you purchase.
what if the code doesn't work ?
As long as you send us a video showing wrong code after you input the code, we will give you a FULL refund

Hello. The unlock code has reset the dongle. I have installed the software you gave, but it doesn't have connection settings when I use it.
Any ideas what to do.
