Well, what can I say. What a service. The phone arrived back today in full working order. Now that is what I call top service. The best, the very best. In fact I will be recommending you to everyone.
Im not sure how I located you now. I know it was through a forum for the Nokia N95 and have lost the address. I m not sure if you had good and bad feedback on it but as far as Im concerned I am with you all the way 200%. An absolutely fantastic first rate service.

Seems like this is a lot more complicated than it used to be! I remember when you could just google a code and enter it on the handset and it unlocked right away.
I needed both my N95s unlocked. I took them to a local newsagents that had a sign in the window saying "phone unlocking". He took my phones and said come back the next day. When I arrived he said "sorry we cant unlock that phone". Clearly didnt have a clue what he was doing.
Left me in a bit of a situation as I was leaving for Poland again in less than a week - but at this stage I didnt realize how bad it was. Without turning the phone on, I sent them off to King Mobile in London to unlock. The next day I get an email from them asking if someone has tried to unlock it already, apparently the guy had used up all 10 tries and knackered the phone 
Now I was really struggling to get them done in time. The london mob were amazing, they paid to get a restore file (0) and managed to unlock my phones and undo all the damage, all at no extra cost to me. 
So if you need to unlock your phone I would go with the pros first time around rather than the amateurs, save yourself a lot of hassle!
Just thought Id write about this since I see quite a lot of phone threads!
And the N95 is still the best phone available on the market, none of this iPhone nonsense

Id like to thank you for the very efficient service on my Sony W610i.The free games are great too. Ill download some when I get home tonight. When you asked me if I asked anyone else to update my phone, I said "no". What happened is that I took it to a shop in West Croydon - he took it round the back and came back in 5 minutes to say that they cannot do it. I thought they didnt touch it, but from what you say maybe they did have a go on it. I thought you should know this for your own information - for your next client!

Many thanks, the phone materialised this morning and I can see this was money well spent. Incidentally, I took part in S-E usability study for these phones and my daughter worked for S-E design department in Warrington at the time and she took part in the user interface design. Why on Earth did Orange choose to spoil such a good interface I will never understand. Apparently Vodafone did even worse ...

Many thanks for such a quick turn around on my Nokia N70. I had problems running TomTom GPS software on it and in bluetooth synching and as it was a brand new phone from Orange, I was gutted that the firmware was so old. The menu screen was cluttered with discontinued services Orange had once thought would be a good way to make extra revenue, until their customers thought otherwise! All this slowed the phone up massively. Now I have a new lean and mean phone and I am looking forward to making the most of it.
Your service was really helpful and good value.

I spent a lot time on the internet looking for software to unlock and debrand my Sony Ericsson K750i, the cost of a required cable was well over 5. Its easy to mess up your phone and some companies wanted to send it to a P.O. Box and wait 5 days  but I found King Mobile, talking to them gave me confidence that they would do an expert job.
I posted it Monday afternoon and received it back Wednesday morning. The new software is much clearer that the original Vodafone offering, also the volume is greater and well worth changing.
Ive never been able to get Sony Ericsson software to communicate with the phone and hoped the later firmware would cure the problem, it did not, despite spending a lot of time trying. I discovered many have a problem, but I found a shareware programmed called MyPhoneExplorer on http://www.fjsoft.at/ . This small programmed worked without any problems, doing all the official offering does not.
Now if I or any of my friends are looking to solve a phone problem Ill send them to King mobile, thank you for all your help.
