Q: Is it hard for the unlock instructions ?

1) After you make the payment & SEND us your phone imei number (it shows at the back of your phone or you type * # 06 #).

2) Wait for 3 - 7 working days.

3) Then we will email you when your phone is ready to unock

4) Place an non-O2 sim into the iPhone and connect to iTunes via a USB cable. iTunes will confirm that the iPhone has been successfully unlocked

Please check the Iphone part number, for O2 UK, your part number should be either

MB496B/A
MB500B/A

However, O2 Ireland has the same part number, but if we can't get you the unlock licence because it's O2 Irelend, we will fully refund your money.
